An experienced trading and investment operations professional with 4-6 years in back/middle office roles at a financial institution or hedge fund. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain.

What You’ll Do:

• Support trading and investment operations across multiple asset classes.
• Manage OTC derivative trade capture, reporting, and settlement.
• Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations.
• Identify process improvements and address operational control gaps.
• Handle inquiries from counterparties, custodians, and brokers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in back/middle office roles, focusing on derivatives.
• Expertise in trade lifecycle management, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technology.
