Who You Are:

• Experienced in market risk management with strong digital asset knowledge.
• Comfortable collaborating with portfolio managers and traders.
• Skilled in risk assessment, portfolio analysis, and performance evaluation.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and operate risk management frameworks.
• Identify, measure, and manage risks across GAM’s business lines.
• Leverage on-chain data for risk analysis and decision-making.
• Build tools for DeFi protocol data extraction.
• Monitor risks, analyze portfolios, and produce risk reports.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in risk, quant, or trading (buy-side preferred).
• Strong knowledge of hedge fund strategies and asset management regulations.
• Expertise in risk modeling (stochastic volatility, PCA, factor modeling).
• Deep understanding of digital assets and DeFi.
• Degree in finance, computer science, or quantitative fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with financial data and asset management risk.
• Knowledge of crypto ETF markets.
