Responsibilities:

Primary: KOL Management

• Proactively reach out to KOLs (Influencers/YouTubers) to grow the affiliate network.
• Handle negotiations, onboarding, and necessary paperwork for affiliate integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through consistent communication.
• Analyze affiliate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Track and optimize affiliate channel performance with internal data.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs.

Secondary: SEO/ASO

• Lead backlink building, content strategy, and partnership opportunities for the regional team.
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with vendors to build backlinks and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
• Optimize on-page elements and execute ASO strategies to improve app rankings and downloads.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO and ASO best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience managing affiliate or community programs, preferably in fintech/crypto.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• SEO and ASO experience is a plus.
• Experience working with media, celebrities, or influencers.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
