Work At Bianace As A Community Manager - MENA

Binance, the global leader in blockchain technology and the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume, is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to drive engagement and promote our brand in the MENA region, especially North Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize online/offline communities and meet-ups.
• Engage with the community across social media and create content to strengthen relationships.
• Recruit and manage Binance Angels, ensuring positive engagement.
• Promote Binance and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create, translate, and proofread content in Arabic, English, and French.
• Explore new platforms to increase local user base and brand awareness.
• Moderate regional social media platforms and drive positive engagement.
• Collect and share user feedback with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in community management or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Passion for crypto, with hands-on experience using Binance products (e.g., Spot, Margin, P2P).
• Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and trends.
• Strong experience in content creation and curation.
• Familiarity with crypto communities on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Ability to set KPIs, track performance, and guide teams.
• Demonstrated event or community management experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Digital marketing or social media experience is a plus.
• Flexible work hours and willingness to travel.
