You will oversee KYC/KYB vendor management, monitor compliance systems, identify inefficiencies, and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize KYC/KYB vendor performance.
• Monitor compliance product metrics and address potential risks.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Streamline and automate compliance processes for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance systems.
• Mitigate risks and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in compliance, risk, or product operations (Finance/Technology/Crypto preferred).
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; technical aptitude for communicating across teams; exceptional time and stakeholder management.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
