Binance, a global leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency, is seeking a Product Manager to design and develop a world-class KYC platform for optimal user experience and compliance. You will collaborate with global teams to improve KYC conversion rates and ensure the platform meets user and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product design and development for a compliant, user-friendly KYC platform.
• Create and track Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Ensure timely project execution and collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze user metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Refine workflows to optimize conversion rates.
• Support regional/global heads in coordinating product implementation.
• Communicate new features to users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years as a Product Manager in Fin-tech, Finance, or Blockchain, with KYC experience a plus.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably agile.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
