Position: Growth and Operations Manager
As a Growth and Operations Manager, you will optimize payment operations, including P2P and fiat channels, sourcing leads, market research, GTM strategies, and project management, ensuring seamless processes for our global users.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop payment strategies; lead and mentor teams.
- Process & Vendor Optimization: Streamline operations and manage payment providers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Implement risk protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and compliance teams to meet business goals.
- Market & Data Insights: Conduct market research and analytics to inform decisions and growth opportunities.
- GTM & Project Execution: Design GTM strategies for new initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years in payment operations in fintech/crypto with expertise in P2P, fiat, analytics, and GTM.
- Proven leadership and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and compliance.
- Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for blockchain technology and crypto.
