About the Role
As part of our world-class recruiting team, you’ll partner with executives and leaders to drive key hires across Singapore and APAC. You’ll innovate sourcing strategies, improve recruitment processes, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline that supports Coinbase’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals and enhance candidate experience.
• Use data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and report progress.
• Build scalable processes to ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech.
• Expertise in business team hiring (e.g., Strategy, Operations, M&A).
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Passion for technology and blockchain, with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; in-house recruiting experience preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in crypto or US-based companies.

Pay Range:
SGD 113,500 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
