Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll support functional teams, driving people strategies that align with business goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping organizational health, employee development, and engagement, leveraging data and creative solutions to enhance our culture and scale our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead people programs including performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and development strategies.
• Provide guidance on career development, change management, and sensitive HR matters.
• Ensure compliance and risk management through effective HR policies and global employee relations.
• Use data insights to influence decisions and improve organizational outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and People Team COEs to build a thriving workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in HR, consulting, or similar roles with strong people strategy execution.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex situations with sound judgment.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and feedback delivery skills.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Reputation for integrity, ownership, and accountability.

Pay Transparency:
Annual target salary: $206,125–$242,500 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
