About the Role
The Senior Global Mobility Specialist drives Coinbase’s remote-first strategy by managing global immigration, relocation, and vendor processes while advising on policy and employee cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the immigration and relocation expert, consulting on visas, work permits, and relocations.
  • Guide stakeholders through policy changes and global mobility processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve escalations.
  • Stay updated on global immigration laws and maintain accurate case records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 7+ years HR experience, including 5+ years in global mobility with a global workforce.
  • Expertise in global immigration laws across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proven experience scaling mobility policies and managing vendors.

Preferred

  • GMS or CRP certification.

Compensation

  • Target annual salary: $121,125–$142,500 USD (includes bonus, equity, and benefits).
