Role Overview

• Support monthly & annual financial statements.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance on VAT mapping, invoicing & expense management.
• Gain hands-on experience in finance within a top web3 startup.
• Must be an enrolled student at a German university (10-12 months minimum).

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice review & posting.
• Act as point of contact for payment & invoice queries.
• Provide administrative support & optimize financial processes.
• Manage vendor relationships & third-party software providers.
• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks & reporting.

Requirements

• Languages: German (C1 minimum) & English proficiency.
• Strong numerical & problem-solving skills.
• Organized, reliable & familiar with GSheets/pre-accounting systems.
• Interest in startups, fintech, or blockchain.

Nice to Have

• Background in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in startups or finance roles.

Tech Stack (Experience Not Required but Preferred)

• GSheets, Payhawk, Xero, Datev.
