$125,000 Salary For A Senior Financial Analyst, Base & Developer

About the Role:
We’re hiring for Product Finance FP&A, a critical role supporting Coinbase’s revenue-generating product groups. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic insights that drive the success of our developer organization, including projects like Base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR to forecast headcount needs.
• Conduct budget reviews, annual planning, and expense/revenue deep dives.
• Support month-end close and quarterly earnings preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under autonomy.
• Strong financial acumen and technical skills (Google Sheets).
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for crypto and Coinbase’s mission.
• 4+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a fast-paced finance environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Coding experience (SQL or Python).
• Familiarity with Anaplan and/or Netsuite.

Compensation:
Target annual salary: $127,075—$149,500 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
