Role Overview

Join our Trading Engine team, responsible for:

• Order management, risk management, and market data distribution.
• Position keeping, PNL calculations, and settlement.
• Scaling our trading platform to millions of users and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance trading system components.
• Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with financial product teams and quantitative researchers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to company initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Java experience in high-performance applications.
• Expertise in low-latency trading systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Experience in finance (Hedge Fund, Investment Bank, or Exchange).
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns (SOLID), and testing (TDD/BDD).
• Deep understanding of Java concurrency and memory management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in execution algos, risk management, and FX/Crypto trading.
• Knowledge of KDB/q, Docker/Kubernetes, and financial protocols (FIX, REST, WS).
