Zero Hash seeks an experienced Associate - Corporate Treasury to manage daily Treasury operations and support strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this role focuses on financial control, liquidity optimization, and compliance in the digital asset industry. Candidates with 4-6 years of Treasury experience and a passion for operational excellence are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Banking & Compliance
- Manage onboarding and compliance for new and existing banking relationships (KYC, AML).
- Conduct due diligence on financial institutions and ensure secure bank access controls.
- Prepare and submit regulatory capital reports.
Treasury Operations
- Optimize daily cash balances for operational needs, including inter-company transactions, payroll, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate transaction reconciliation in GTreasury.
Strategic Initiatives
- Maximize capital allocation and liquidity returns.
- Oversee FX operations for international expansion.
- Develop policies to enhance treasury efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of Treasury, liquidity, and cash management experience in financial services.
- 3+ years in crypto/blockchain or FinTech, with multi-currency exposure.
- Expertise in compliance (KYC, AML) and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with Treasury systems knowledge.
- Experience with digital assets and crypto asset management is preferred.
