Job Application: KYC EDD Associate Manager at Coinbase

We’re looking for a KYC EDD Associate Manager to join our Compliance team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance Operations. This role will lead onboarding initiatives for retail customers, ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and EDD standards across all jurisdictions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients.
• Recruit, train, and oversee EDD analysts to meet AML policies.
• Develop procedures for an efficient onboarding KYC program.
• Lead the team to meet performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage compliance projects, regulatory reporting, and gather client feedback.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience managing a KYC onboarding program in fintech or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of AML, counter-terrorist financing, and compliance regulations.
• Leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency industry and certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM).
• Proficiency with Google Apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud.

Location: Hyderabad, India
Salary: ₹3,320,000 INR (with additional bonus, equity, and benefits)
