Role Overview: 

Join Bitpanda as a Customer Care Associate on our night shift, where you’ll provide top-notch support and foster trust with our customers. You'll be the face and voice of Bitpanda, handling inquiries and building loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer support via ticketing and live chat.
  • Help drive customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.
  • Gather user feedback for product improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Build cross-department relationships to enhance customer experience.

About You:

  • Experienced in Customer Care, Support, or Sales, preferably with ticketing or live chat tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work the night shift (11 pm – 6:30 am).
  • Passion for investing and familiarity with financial markets is a plus.
