About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 sector. Participants will learn about Binance’s operations, network with industry professionals, and build career-advancing skills. 

Eligibility

Current university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients, including global institutional and VIP clients.
• Strengthen customer connections through ongoing communication and understanding of their needs.
• Design and monitor customer service processes, set management guidelines, and track high-priority clients.
• Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs, create client analysis reports, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer service solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client services, ideally with an international financial background (e.g., banking, investments).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to adapt in diverse situations, and work under pressure.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry; prior experience in the field is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a native language is a plus.
