Binance Accelerator Program - Backend Engineer

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, offers the Binance Accelerator Program—a 3-6 month immersive experience in the growing Web3 space. This program allows you to explore life at Binance, develop key skills, and expand your professional network, all while working on exciting projects in the blockchain ecosystem. You will be hired on a junior fixed-term contract.

Eligibility: Open to Bachelor’s and Master’s students in computer-related majors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of key products.
• Compile and implement business module interface documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by the QA team.
• Support the CS team in resolving customer issues and recommending system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer-related field.
• Strong Java foundation with knowledge of multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with Spring Microservice framework.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning abilities.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Open source project experience is a plus.
