Binance Accelerator Program - Data Engineer (Risk)

Binance, the global blockchain company behind the world’s largest digital asset exchange, is seeking Early Career Talent for its Binance Accelerator Program (BAP). This fixed-term program offers an immersive experience in the Web3 space, providing hands-on exposure to life at Binance, opportunities for networking, and skill development to advance your career.

Program Details:

• Open to current university students and recent graduates available for at least 6 months and a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Gain experience in developing and maintaining risk products and offline data pipelines, as well as internal data product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• Strong Java foundation and familiarity with frameworks like multithreading and networking.
• Proficiency in SQL for development.
• Basic knowledge of big data technologies (Hive, Spark, Flink) and OLAP/OLTP systems (HBase, Starrocks) is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, learning ability, and communication skills. English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
