About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity tailored for early-career talents to gain immersive experience in the fast-growing Web3 space. Participants will explore the inner workings of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem while focusing on networking and skill development to enhance their professional growth.

Who Can Apply

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Available for at least 6 months, with a commitment of 3+ days per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and implement algorithms for task-based dialogues, open-domain QA, and customer service chatbots
• Work on natural language processing (NLP) tasks, including text classification, semantic understanding, dialogue management, knowledge graphs, and text generation
• Use cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems

Requirements

• Extensive experience in NLP (e.g., QA systems, search systems, knowledge graphs)
• Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Java, or Python
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Torch, Caffe)
• Hands-on experience with LLM technology, including training or application
• Strong grasp of international cutting-edge technology and research, with the ability to apply findings in practice
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent collaboration skills
