About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The BAP is a fixed-term, immersive program for Early Career Talent to explore the rapidly growing Web3 space. Gain firsthand experience at Binance, enhance your professional network, and develop transferable skills to advance your career.

Who May Apply:

• Current university students or recent graduates

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to understand tooling requirements
• Design and develop internal systems to enhance engineering work efficiency
• Maintain cloud infrastructure for high service availability
• Support quality control through testing environments
• Assist engineers with configuration management and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing
• Proficiency in Java/Golang or other programming languages
• Familiarity with middlewares (MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and CI/CD processes
• Experience with tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to start in October/November 2024 for 3-6 months
