About the Role: As part of our Business Operations & Strategy team, you’ll work on high-impact projects across the company, partnering with senior leadership to solve complex strategic problems, analyze data, and build scalable processes. We are hiring for both Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle strategic challenges for Coinbase leadership, focusing on competitor insights and crypto trends.
• Develop business cases and quantitative models to drive company strategy.
• Use data to define improvements and implement changes across our products.
• Enhance team capabilities and contribute to recruitment and development.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and 2+ years in a business strategy role (consulting, banking, or operations).
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in crypto, SQL skills, or familiarity with crypto tools.

Compensation: Annual salary: $127,075–$170,000, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits.
