Role Overview: 

The Business Operations & Strategy team partners with senior leadership to lead strategic projects and data analysis across Coinbase. We’re seeking a lead to coordinate and shape a multi-year Public Affairs strategy, working closely with teams in Policy, Communications, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Public Affairs roadmap, coordinating with Marketing, Communications, and Policy.
• Plan and execute major Policy campaigns and events.
• Develop and evaluate strategic options for Public Affairs initiatives.
• Manage budget allocation across Public Affairs efforts and provide spending insights.

Requirements:

• Experience in Policy/Public Affairs within a dynamic industry.
• Strong understanding of the US legislative landscape.
• Skilled in managing large-scale programs with ambitious goals.
• Adaptable and able to handle both detailed planning and high-level strategy.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in technology or financial services.

Compensation: $206,125–$242,500 USD + bonus, equity, and benefits.
