Coin Integrator

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and add new cryptocurrency assets to our existing stack (node, indexer, client core)
• Ability to bootstrap new coin implementations that are robust, easy to maintain and scalable
• Following Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Agile methodologies
• Continuously monitoring and improving application reliability and optimize its performance
• Taking initiative to present and implement ideas for system improvements
• Undertaking Unit Testing and Integration Testing

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in blockchain asset integration using Java (APIs, SDKs, protocols such as bitcoinj, ethereumj, web3j)
• 1+ years of professional experience in Java and OOP priciples
• Knowledge of Android and Android Studio is a plus
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, object oriented programming (OOP) and architecture knowledge
• Experience with multithreaded applications and software components like JSON parsing, REST, Web services and Web Sockets
• Ability to debug and optimize the stack
• Ability to spot usability issues
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Having at least one open source project on GitHub is a plus
• Good knowledge of cryptography is a plus
• A showcase of technical blogs will be considered a plus
• Familiarity with Git and C/C++ a plus
