Role Overview: As an Analyst III on the CX Compliance team, you’ll play a key role in Transaction Monitoring investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resolutions. You’ll work with Financial Crime Risk leaders, prioritize tasks independently, and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end investigations to support BSA/AML compliance, reviewing transaction alerts, analyzing KYC data, and documenting findings.
• Determine if activity warrants further review and, if necessary, recommend filing a suspicious activity report.
• Maintain detailed compliance documentation and stay updated on industry standards.
• Follow Coinbase procedures to investigate, resolve, and document transaction monitoring alerts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in financial services, crypto, compliance, or related fields with a focus on TMS, compliance, or regulatory issues.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and adaptable to a 24/7 high-growth environment.
• High attention to detail.

Preferred:

• AML/Fraud certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE), experience in project management, and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Salesforce.
