Our mission is to bridge traditional finance with the emerging crypto economy, and we are looking for a Compliance Assurance Associate to join us.

Role Overview: As a Compliance Assurance Associate, you will support our global compliance testing program, assist in horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory changes, and ensure Ramp’s active participation in relevant industry forums. You will collaborate with compliance officers and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing the annual compliance assurance plan and issue management framework.
• Conduct compliance testing on global financial crime and compliance programs.
• Communicate findings and track resolution.
• Collaborate with teams in Financial Crime Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Maintain industry contacts and contribute to compliance associations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a compliance role at a licensed financial institution, consultancy, or regulator.
• Knowledge of UK regulations for FCA-registered crypto businesses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Data analytics skills (SQL is a plus).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in fintech and crypto.
• Willing to travel internationally.
