Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly skilled Third Party Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships in the compliance domain for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management experience and in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors in compliance, handling communications, escalations, and performance reviews.
- Develop KPIs and reports to measure vendor performance and compliance, presenting findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT) to align vendor management with company goals.
- Assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate vendor-related operational and financial risks.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms that meet compliance standards.
- Apply Lean Sigma principles to drive performance and process compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPP) is a plus.
- 6+ years of operations/vendor management experience, preferably in BPO.
- 3-5 years in compliance (AML, KYC, ORM, Fraud, CAMS).
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Proven vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in vendor management tools, contract management systems, and MS Office Suite.
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Salary Range: $113,900—$134,000 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
