Job Application: Compliance Quality Assurance Analyst III at Coinbase

As a Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst III in our Customer Experience (CX) team, you'll audit complex Triage, Escalations cases, and Suspicious Activity Reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. You will also lead training, collaborate with internal teams, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly audits on complex cases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead and support other QA analysts through calibrations and office hours.
- Analyze root causes, propose solutions, and enhance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
- Provide feedback and insights through weekly reports.
- Train new QA staff and support agents on complex procedures.
- Tackle high-impact audits with autonomy, applying regulatory knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of QA, audit, or financial crime investigation experience.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations.
- ACAMS or equivalent AML qualification preferred.
- Experience creating metrics and reports.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate globally.
- Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services.
- Advanced degree in business, finance, or law.
- Proficiency with Google apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salary Range: ₹1,445,000 INR (annual target).
