Position: Consumer Ecosystem Associate
We’re seeking a dedicated Consumer Ecosystem Associate to help build the onchain creative future. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to support Base’s mission of building a global onchain economy.

Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to position Base as the preferred network for creators, brands, developers, and users.
• Cultivate relationships with partners, establish shared KPIs, and address business, policy, and technical issues.
• Recommend opportunities that align with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize builder programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technology, crypto, investing, banking, or consulting.
• Deep interest in onchain media (social, games, creators) and a strong onchain background.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication skills and self-awareness.
• Proven track record of managing partnerships and complex projects.

Salary Information:
The Consumer Ecosystem Associate salary for this job is estimated. Actual salary will be revealed during the hiring process.

Pay Range:
$127,075—$149,500 USD
