Role Overview: As the Consumer Ecosystem Lead, you’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and creative teams to drive Base’s growth as the preferred platform for creators, brands, and developers. Your role will involve strategic planning, maintaining partner relationships, recommending expansion opportunities, and optimizing builder programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to position Base as a top network for creators, brands, and developers.
• Build and manage strong partner relationships, addressing business, policy, and technical challenges.
• Provide expansion recommendations that influence product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally to improve builder programs and user experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in technology, crypto, investing, or consulting.
• Strong passion and experience in onchain media (social, gaming, creators).
• Results-driven with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex partner relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with clear communication and operational excellence.
• Experience scaling products, processes, or ideas to a developer community.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $144,500—$201,000 USD (based on location)
• Includes bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
