Your Role: Germany Market Lead

As the on-the-ground leader for Germany, you’ll leverage your expertise in financial services, regulatory landscapes, and crypto operations to localize Kraken’s offerings. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the German market, competitor landscape, and client preferences to optimize our go-to-market strategy
• Building local partnerships, overseeing compliance, and engaging with regulators
• Collaborating with global teams across legal, marketing, product, and sales to ensure success in Germany
• Leading local PR, events, and campaigns to boost product adoption and performance in this market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services or crypto, with regulatory and compliance expertise
• Proficient in crypto operations and blockchain, able to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Autonomous, results-driven, and committed to Kraken’s crypto ethos
