Role Overview: Customer Support is crucial to our mission, ensuring users receive excellent service, fast response times, and accurate information. Support is provided via a ticketing system and live chat, addressing customer queries, complaints, and identity verification processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage back-office tickets and provide 24/7 support through online inquiries and email.
• Address customer questions, offer guidance, and accurately document customer interactions.
• Assist with customer complaints, special cases, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• No prior customer service experience required; financial industry experience is a plus.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English); additional language skills are preferred.
• High integrity, responsibility, and team spirit.
• Strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a passion for the crypto industry.
• Willingness to work in different shifts.
