Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide support to Coinbase customers via phone, messaging, and email. You’ll investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring high standards are met. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer concerns and working to resolve them efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Use critical thinking to identify root causes and solve problems on the first contact.
  • Log defects accurately and proactively identify opportunities to add value for customers.
  • Set a high standard for performance and work ethic in the customer service team.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about Coinbase’s mission and delivering a great customer experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support, financial services, crypto, or technology.
  • Experience in voice, messaging, and email support.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends.
  • Fluent in English and able to work from our Manila office.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services.
  • Familiarity with compliance, payments, fraud, and other operational domains.
  • Knowledge of Google apps, JIRA, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
