Who You Are:
We are seeking a business-forward Developer Relations professional to lead Cork’s DeFi strategic partnerships and integrations. You will manage relationships with crypto projects, market makers, and ecosystem partners, and oversee technical integration efforts with key DeFi protocols. The ideal candidate will have a passion for DeFi adoption, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy: Cultivate relationships with blockchain protocols, fintech companies, and other stakeholders.
- Integration Pipeline: Source and manage strategic partnerships.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with engineering and product teams for smooth technical integrations.
- Developer Relations: Engage with the developer community through technical support, documentation, and events.
- Partnership Enablement: Provide partners with resources and ongoing support.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to align terms with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical partnerships experience, preferably in tech startups, fintech, or crypto.
- Experience in developer relations, technical partnerships, or advocacy.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and integration methods in blockchain/fintech.
- Strong business acumen to align technical integrations with business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in blockchain/crypto.
- Technical background or basic coding knowledge.
- Familiarity with DeFi and Web3.
