DevOps Engineer Opportunity - Protofire

Protofire is an engineering team focused on helping decentralized protocols and developer platforms grow their ecosystems. We boost developer adoption and network usage through coding, smart contracts, developer tools (SDKs/APIs/sample apps), and performance optimization of oracles.

Role: As a Blockchain DevOps Engineer, you’ll work with top blockchain ecosystems (e.g., The Graph, Avalanche, Filecoin, Gnosis) across diverse crypto projects. The role involves a mix of support and development, requiring community interaction, so strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• AWS: EC2, EKS, S3, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, Lambda; high availability, scalability, and security experience
• Golang: Advanced proficiency
• Blockchain: Active protocol user
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions preferred
• Containers: Docker, docker-compose
• Linux: Maintenance and optimization
• Monitoring: Loki, Prometheus, Grafana
• Scripting: Bash, Ansible
• Languages: JavaScript or Python
• English: B2+ proficiency

Preferred Skills (Can Be Learned):

• Knowledge of cryptoeconomics (staking, token emissions)
• Experience with The Graph ecosystem
• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook or similar tools
• Ansible + Terraform
