About the Role
As the Director of People Operations, Technology & Compliance, you’ll drive our People strategy and ensure operational excellence across core HR functions, People technology, and compliance programs. Leading innovation and efficiency, you’ll manage HR processes across multiple regions, focusing on automation, employee data security, and regulatory compliance to support Bitpanda’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline HR operations, services, and the employee lifecycle in various countries.
- Lead People technology adoption, collaborating with IT to automate workflows and improve the employee experience.
- Utilize analytics for workforce insights to support strategic decisions on planning and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and manage risk in employee relations.
- Align People operations with business continuity and oversee People compliance audits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR with expertise in People Operations, Technology, and Compliance within fast-paced or multinational environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex HR operations across jurisdictions.
- Experience with Workday and other People systems, strong knowledge of European labor laws, GDPR, and best practices in employee relations.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills to inform HR decision-making.
- Excellent communicator (C1/C2 level), able to present complex information across teams.
