Engineering Manager (Broker Foundations) - Bitpanda

Role Overview – Engineering Manager, Broker Foundations:
As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team responsible for Bitpanda's Design System and GraphQL Gateway. You'll drive key projects, foster team growth, and work closely with our Solution and Design Leads to advance our broker solution and engineering areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic projects, collaborating across business units.
• Inspire and develop team members with regular 1:1s and career plans.
• Partner with Solution Leads and the Design team to enhance technical capabilities.
• Lead Staff Engineers in developing a technical roadmap for web and mobile.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in agile, digital product development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in front-end development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and familiarity with GraphQL and Java is beneficial.
