About the Role:
Join our KYC (Know Your Customer) team, where you'll contribute to enabling individuals globally to trade securely on Binance. You'll lead front-end development projects, uphold best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end projects, ensuring high quality, speed, and impact.
- Actively participate in coding and architectural decisions.
- Develop a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Manage technical debt and enhance system designs.
- Inspire and align team efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React or Vue (skills transferable to our internal framework).
- Leadership experience with team mentoring capabilities.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Effective remote work and time management skills.
