Team Overview
The APT team develops customer experience platforms that enhance service and compliance processes through innovative tools, improving efficiency and satisfaction.

Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help transform our platform, focusing on security, compliance, and cost optimization. Join a collaborative, agile team committed to delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop critical business services using Golang, TypeScript, and React.
• Promote coding, testing, deployment, and documentation best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to deliver quarterly roadmaps.
• Enhance Coinbase’s technical infrastructure and processes across teams.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate in a distributed, multi-time-zone environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with web services, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
• Proven ability to write high-quality, tested code.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Python, SaaS platform experience, AI/ML, OpenAI/ChatGPT applications.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions.

Compensation
Annual salary: $147,900–$174,000 USD (varies by location)
Includes target bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
