Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our Sales and Marketing teams. This contract role is ideal for someone who excels at handling multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM hiring managers to develop hiring plans.
• Create targeted sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate with the Recruiting Coordinator to streamline candidate movement.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting in high-growth environments, with a focus on GTM, Marketing, and Product roles.
• Proven experience sourcing and building enterprise sales teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain/crypto is required.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
• Expertise in behavioral interviewing and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience recruiting globally.

Compensation

• CAD: $45–$70/hour
• USD: $45–$70/hour
