The ideal candidate will have strong cross-team communication skills, fluency in both English and Chinese, and a proven track record in designing and developing scalable solutions. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and requires the candidate to adapt to time shifts for global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java Spring microservice applications.
• Collaborate with product and project managers to define system architecture.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct architectural reviews, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java Spring microservices.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
