• Develop and implement backend services for AI chatbot products.
• Build large-scale systems that impact millions of users.
• Integrate and optimize LLM applications to enhance chatbot performance and user experience.
• Upgrade infrastructure, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot incidents, and refactor systems.
• Write clean, high-quality code adhering to best engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in core Java programming; hands-on coding is essential.
• Experience with Python and collaboration with algorithm engineers.
• Strong stress management skills and a quick learning aptitude.
• Solid cross-team communication skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and system design to solve programming challenges.
• Experience with Chatbots, LLMs, or data tools like Flink/Spark is a plus.
