Manager, Product Partnerships

As part of the Business Development team, you’ll drive the growth of stablecoins for payments and expand Coinbase's international reach. You’ll spearhead strategic partnerships to enhance adoption and open new distribution avenues. You’ll work closely with product management to define growth strategies, identify suitable partners, and lead initiatives to scale our product globally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic BD work streams in payments, international growth, and Personal Financial Accounts (PFA)
• Propose innovative commercial structures to drive value for Coinbase and expand crypto utility in payments
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and more
• Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: scoping, partner identification, negotiation, and execution
• Build a framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives in collaboration with Data Science & Engineering

Requirements:

• 8+ years in strategic deal-making roles with global exposure (e.g., business development, market expansion, partnerships)
• Strong expertise in payments and a solid understanding of how stablecoins can transform the financial system
• Crypto experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, using data to improve product outcomes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "run through brick walls" mentality
• Occasional travel required

Pay Range: $170,850—$201,000 USD (depending on location), plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
