Principle/Lead Engineer (Java) - Growth Tech

Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop and implement financial and marketing products, enhance the global user base, and build large-scale systems impacting millions. This role involves collaborating with product managers, mentoring junior developers, and performing system optimizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial and marketing products.
• Work with Marketing to expand the global user base.
• Build scalable software systems with a global impact.
• Communicate with product managers to design and implement features.
• Tune system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and refactor code.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following best practices.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, particularly Java applications.
• Strong skills in Core Java, server-side technologies, and Spring frameworks.
• Extensive experience in software design, architecture, and integration.
• Proficient in event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration, Web Services, and REST.
• Bonus: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in Spring Cloud, microservices, performance tuning, React-based UIs, and backend systems for large internet companies.
