About the Role: 

As a Product Designer, you’ll work in a small team to create seamless web and mobile experiences. From ideation to production, you’ll design intuitive, user-centered products and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams to bring the product roadmap to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create and refine user-friendly designs for web and mobile.
• Take features from concept to production, incorporating feedback at every stage.
• Engage in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and align with product strategy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Expertise in UX design, Figma, and prototyping.
• Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Low-ego, open-minded, and strong communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Interest in crypto or financial products.
• Familiarity with Coinbase and on-chain activities (e.g., dApps, Ethereum).

Pay Transparency Notice: This position offers a target salary of $140,250—$165,000, plus benefits and potential bonus/equity. Actual salary will depend on location and other factors.
