What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a small team to enhance user experience through web and mobile designs.
• Develop features from ideation to production, focusing on simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct design reviews and integrate constructive feedback.
• Work closely with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams to execute and define product strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design with a focus on consumer web and mobile experiences.
• Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fluency in English.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and low-ego approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in crypto or financial products and familiarity with onchain activities.

Salary and Benefits: The target annual salary is $149,500 CAD, with additional bonuses, equity, and benefits included.
