What You’ll Do

• Lead technical, cross-functional programs to address key internal challenges.
• Define goals, align teams, and ensure roadmap delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, legal, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and set objectives.
• Manage documentation, milestones, prioritization, and communication.
• Create detailed functional specs, project/release plans, and roadmaps.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of program management experience in tech or a technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous inputs.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making and prior experience with global programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Bonus Skills:

• Program/project management certifications.
• Crypto or blockchain experience.
• Proficiency in Google apps, JIRA, Looker, SQL.
