Program Manager II

We are seeking a Program Manager II to help optimize operational processes and enhance customer service experiences. This role requires strong project management, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills to improve productivity, streamline operations, and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to achieve business goals, aligning with long-term objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Influence product roadmaps and ensure timely decisions to remove blockers.
• Manage complex, cross-functional goals and propose valuable initiatives.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to improve operations and service quality.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate CX operations.
• Present insights on operational performance and CX opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management or Customer Support/Product Operations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven success in scaling operations and improving quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Passion for improving Customer Support in the crypto space.
• Familiarity with Web3 and decentralized products.
• Experience with AI-driven operations transformation.
• Background in Tech, Crypto, Finance, or Fintech.
• Advanced data analytics skills (SQL knowledge a plus).
• Experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory environments.

Salary: $121,125 - $142,500 USD (including bonus, equity, and benefits).
