Project Manager - AI

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead and manage AI projects, discover opportunities, identify technical requirements, and ensure risk management. Responsibilities include developing proof of concepts, managing end-to-end AI application development, collaborating on platform and model development, and supporting AI application optimization. You’ll also design evaluation methods, oversee testing, and track post-release indicators.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in AI project management
• Strong project management, prioritization, and resource management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in LLM workflow & prompt engineering
• Programming skills: Python (Entry), SQL (Mid)
• Familiarity with cloud services (EC2, Hive, Elastic Search)
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners
