Role Overview
As part of our Access Control team, you will drive the execution of access control projects across Binance, ensuring security and efficiency at every level. Reporting to the Head of Access Control under the Security department, this role requires a proactive approach to managing and enhancing access control systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain privileged access management systems.
- Manage back-end operating systems and IAM tools, including account management, permission authorization, access reviews, and risk analysis.
- Provide technical and business support, including handling FAQs, data protection, and risk identification.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, product managers, developers, and security teams.
- Continuously assess and improve system functionality to meet organizational needs.
- Correlate events across multiple systems to identify and resolve underlying issues proactively.
- Offer standby support for emergency permission recovery.
- Independently lead access control projects, ensuring timely and effective results.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless system releases.
- Adapt to ad hoc management assignments with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in IT/Computing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and Go, with extensive experience in the Django framework.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development, database management, and familiarity with Docker.
- Experience with RESTful API design, Git version control, and identity and access management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in CN/EN (preferred).
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- CISA and PMP certifications are a plus.
